🌟 Exciting Times in Tampa! 🌟Just wrapped up a work trip to the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida, visiting two of our stellar delivery stations - DMF8 and DTP9. It was great seeing firsthand the dedication and enthusiasm of our associates and operational leaders in embracing and piloting new technology and products that our team is currently developing for a broader network expansion.The energy and passion I witnessed at both DMF8 and DTP9 were truly inspiring. Our teams are not just adapting to change; they're driving it forward with remarkable ingenuity and resilience. Their commitment to excellence and their willingness to explore innovative solutions are the driving forces behind our success.The hard work, dedication, and pioneering spirit of our associates and operational leaders are the cornerstone of our progress. Today was my last day in NACF AR Sortable network. It’s been an amazing 5+ years journey: 5 Peaks, 5 Prime Days, 3 buildings and many great memories. I’ve met many fantastic leaders who helped me grow and develop, challenged me to think bigger and achieve results that didn’t seem possible at first.Thank you to Zach Schmidt, Michael Andrea, Adam Swift, Chad Fifield for welcoming me at MSP1 and helping with L7 pod preparation, Marty Kuhl for bringing me on board to BFI4 and ongoing mentorship, Michael Moore for challenging to Think Big and accomplish the results I didn't think were possible, Fadi Ibrahim for the thought leadership, Chris Colvin for the amazing quotes and references during Peak 2020, Kyle Desautels for the support and mentorship, Rajat Bhatia for guiding me through the BRIT program, Andre A. and Prateek Dahiya for bringing me to the mighty California region and OXR1. It was a great week hosting a talented group of #amazon leaders from different locations and business lines here at OXR1. Trailer Fill Rate is one of the key organizational goals and a multi-billion dollar opportunity outlined by Melissa Nick in the recent interview to Yahoo Finance. The team brainstormed the strategy and developed a roadmap to improve this business critical metric, optimize #transporation network scheduling and, ultimately, better serve our Customers.
